Ryan guides a Yoga Nidra body scan meditation aimed at achieving deep relaxation while remaining fully aware. Participants are instructed to lie down comfortably, close their eyes, and take deep breaths to release tension. The session begins with setting a positive intention (Sankalpa). The body scan starts with focusing on the right hand, moving through each finger, and progresses to the right arm, left hand, left arm, both feet, legs, back, abdomen, chest, throat, face, and finally the crown of the head. Each body part is observed for sensations, promoting a state of deep relaxation. The meditation concludes with participants gently returning to awareness, wiggling fingers and toes, and opening their eyes, carrying their Sankalpa forward into their day.
